She has over 10 years of recruitment experience in multiple software industries - finance, banking, telco, e-commerce, industrial electronics, outsourcing, gaming, machine learning, cybersecurity (to name a few) - across global markets - EMEA and AMER - and in virtually all areas and development phases, whether in start-ups or multinational companies.
Being technology agnostic, she understands complex business processes and she's able to paint a clear picture to candidates of any particular role, from Mid level up to C-level.
A diplomat at heart and an outstanding communicator, she will keep candidates enthusiastic and engaged during the recruitment process.
She brought at Talentocrat sportsmanship and the passion of a detective. Curious, determined and able to quickly grasp new concepts, she played an important part in our sourcing strategy for finding candidates who didn’t want to be found.
