Gabriel has a broad experience in Sales (10+ years, mostly in derivative investments) and Digital Marketing (5+ years in fashion and social media).
He also has an eye for advertisement, currently studying Communication @ UBB Cluj and having completed the “Copywriting for Recruiters” course of one of the best recruiters in the UK.
All this allows him to structure bulk information and to describe it in great detail.
Furthermore, with Georgiana’s help, he builds attractive outreach strategies by grabbing attention, sparking interest, creating desire and inspiring action.
He also acts as an advisor in the communication both with clients and candidates.
Georgiana is our Recruitment Architect.
She has over 10 years of recruitment experience in multiple software industries - finance, banking, telco, e-commerce, industrial electronics, outsourcing, gaming, machine learning, cybersecurity (to name a few) - across global markets - EMEA and AMER - and in virtually all areas and development phases, whether in start-ups or multinational companies.
Being technology agnostic, she understands complex business processes and she's able to paint a clear picture to candidates of any particular role, from Mid level up to C-level.
A diplomat at heart and an outstanding communicator, she will keep candidates enthusiastic and engaged during the recruitment process.
A former professional athlete and freshly graduating with a Master of Laws, Vanessa started her career in recruitment as a Sourcing Trainee.
She brought at Talentocrat sportsmanship and the passion of a detective. Curious, determined and able to quickly grasp new concepts, she played an important part in our sourcing strategy for finding candidates who didn’t want to be found.
The business know-how she gained while working with us led her to further develop her career in outsourcing and product companies.
She is currently helping companies with their digital transformation journeys both in the recruitment and graphic design areas.

There's a continuous breakdown in the relationships between recruiters and candidates on one hand, and between agency recruiters and internal recruiters on the other. With an assertive communication and business ethics in mind, we aim to bridge this gap as much as possible.
Giving back & volunteering
Whether in STEM communities or local NGO's, we're always trying to give back. Professionally with information for juniors or valuable market insights for our clients and candidates, and through civic involvement by donating and redirecting parts of our profits, and by actively participating in civic actions.
